Wild Diamonds Fun Casino Terms and Conditions

The person or company to whom a Wild Diamonds Fun Casino quotation / contract is addressed to is known as the client. Any staff, sub-contractor or service contracted by Wild Diamonds on behalf of the client is known as the Supplier.

Fun Casino Gaming

Wild Diamonds Fun Casino provides entertainment suitable for but not limited to private parties, pubs, clubs, corporate events, Staff functions, weddings and fundraising events.

A typical gaming event lasts for three hours and this is the minimum charge you will incur regardless of whether the casino is booked for a lesser period. An extra hour can be requested during event at the cost of 25% of the contract price.  This will be granted at our discretion providing Wild Diamonds staff are available. Payment must be made at time of request unless agreed by Wild Diamonds representative to make alterantive arrangements. Longer events also possible but best to be included in the original agreed quote.

Any Wild Diamonds Fun Casino event lasting for longer than a 3 hour period may require a short break for the dealing staff. This is the ideal time to make announcements, cut the cake etc. The timing of when that break is held can be negotiated to suit your event.

Wild Diamonds Fun Casino will supply customised ‘fun money’ which you can give to your guests to be exchanged for chips at the casino tables. We suggest that if your event is a charity fundraiser, your guests purchase their fun money for a nominal (fixed) fee.
If you are organising an event for which you are charging an entry fee, and which falls into the category to raise money for a REGISTERED CHARITY then you can hire a Fun Casino to provide additional entertainment and profits. We always provide high quality casino equipment at the set price irrespective of how many people use it and whether or how much you may charge them for it.

Prices are based on the location of the casino event being in the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane or Gold Coast areas. Other areas may require additional negotiation for additional travel, time and petrol charges.

Prices are inclusive of a professionally trained croupier, all equipment and set up and take down of same. Tables available are Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Sic Bo, Money Wheel and Poker.

Bookings, Confirmations & Payment Terms
We will require a completed booking form from you. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Once we have received your completed booking form and a deposit we will send confirmation of your booking and final invoice. We ask politely that payment is made 14 days prior to your event date. We can then liaise with you and your chosen venue to ensure a smooth hassle free event.

Wild Diamonds will accommodate where possible any requests for changes to confirmed bookings. Changes must be made in writing and will be subject to availability. Wild Diamonds Fun Casino reserves the right to revise its quotation if the format or items booked are varied for any reason, and will be subject to cancellation penalties below.

All cancellations must be advised in writing by email or by post to Wild Diamonds, PO Box 774, Buddina Q 4575, and will be subject to cancellation charges. The date of receipt of this written notification by Wild Diamonds will determine the cancellation charges applicable based on the following rates

Cancellations with more than 30 days notice will be refunded in full(any expenses incurred by Wild Diamonds may be deducted, these could include travel for site check, fun money design etc).
Cancellations with 15 to 30 days notice will result in the loss of deposit.
Cancellations with 8 to 14 days notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the overall booking fee.
Cancellation with 7 days or less notice will result in a charge equal to 75% of the overall booking fee.

This must be enforced to allow Wild Diamonds to re-book the date and to recoup any incurred costs. Non-refunded deposits and/or payments may be allowed against a future booking at our discretion
Wild Diamonds will not be liable for venue cancellations charges or other fees non-related to the contract.

Christmas Period November 1 to January 5th (end of first week)
Booking are made on a "first come first served" basis. Tables are not held until a deposit is paid. As this is a very busy period, dates can become unavailable very quickly. If your event falls on a public holiday there will be extra "loading" charges.
Wild Diamonds will not accept bookings for 1 table during this period. Our minimum is 2 tables.
Wild Diamonds will not accept any bookings for ticketed public events or fund raisers during this period.

Public Events and Charity Fundraisers.
Due to the new Covid rules by the Queensland government, all public events must adhere to the rules as provided by the venue. The venue is responsible for ensuring guest numbers do not exceed the allowable number of people in the venue. The venue is also responsible for contact tracing and displaying a QR code for scanning.
Wild Diamonds will not provide our services if your guest numbers exceed 25 people per table booked.

Should your event be unable to proceed due to Covid-19 laws, any funds paid will be protected for use at a later postponed date or towards a new separate event, Should this not be an option a refund will be offered minus costs incurred. This is usually $50.00 should the Fun Money and/or Trophy be completed.

Loss and Damage
Any loss or damage to equipment or property or injury to persons in relation to or at an event will be the responsibility of the client and replacement costs will be charged in full.
The client exonerates Wild Diamonds Fun Casino from any liability costs or expense arising from the loss or damage to equipment or property or injury suffered by any person in connection with an event.
Staff and/or subcontractors and their services engaged by Wild Diamonds Fun Casino will always use their best endeavours to attend the function, however should the supplier be prevented from doing so for any reason outside their control, Wild Diamonds Fun Casino will make every endeavour to provide a replacement.
Wild Diamonds holds $20 million Public Liability Insurance.

I/We agree to the taking of photographs at any Wild Diamonds event at which I/we may be present and to the use of any photographs in any promotional material for use by Wild Diamonds. Please advise at the start of your event if you do not wish this to happen and your request will be respected and honoured.
